my urbanist vision to own a multistory stone building downtown and have businesses on each floor. i like the ground floor business and upper floors for apartments model but what if we could have multiple floors of stores? and multiple floors of outdoor neon signs? and i leave lease signs on each floor like this? i dont want to be a landlord actually. but i love cities and we need to care about them more here in the US!
